There's always someone live to help when I need it. Telephones and faxing are user friendly. We have had 8x8 service for 9 years now. I would never change to another vendor.

Our company switched to 8x8 from Spectrum business phone from a recommendation by our data center provider. 8x8 has made a huge difference in how we conduct our business and has opened up the door for us to have a 100% remote working environment, something that Spectrum fell miserably short on.
