John F Savanna Club PSL Had my semi-annual tune up yesterday 3/11/19. Service tech John F was very knowledgeable and thorough. He had only 1 suggestion of adding a surge protector, which makes sense living in FL .Provided cost of surge protector but there was no hard sell to do it immediately. Very pleased with service. Use Amtek at my rental property also in PSL. Would highly recommend this company.

We own 2 homes, each with an A/C purchased from AMTEK.. They are reliable and dependable. And particularly their emergency, on-call technician, Ms. Danielle Taylor. Our town house is a middle unit joined to 3 other town houses. I would NEVER have been able to find the A/C drain line which was located outside the house and connected to the end unit. Tim Ohmart was superb! Fixed all problems w/our AC. Gave great advice as to how we can get the best from our AC. Would recommend him very highly. Great job!

Our AC unit was not operating properly and our landlord has a service contract with Amtek. This time of the year we were surprised how quickly they responded. Tim listened to our problem with the unit and immediately diagnosed the cause of the problem. Tim was great, he stayed while we tried to get in touch with our landlord in order to get the situation resolved and even got us next day installation and if you live in Florida you know important that can be. Technician Charlie Johnson was here yesterday for an AC tune up. He took his time explaining every aspect of AC to us, noting that our unit was twelve years old and on its last legs. After listening to our options concerning our AC unit, we decided to have AMTEK install a new unit. AMTEK is very lucky to have Charlie Johnson as an employee. Workers like Charlie are few and far between. It was refreshing not be pressured into a sale.

Excellent Service, explained everything, Chris and his team were great! Highly recommend the 2.5 years service which includes labor and a two times a year maintenance check-up.
