Sunshine is AMAZING!!! And you are so lucky to have Erica as a manager. She is awesome!!! We did have issues with the receptionist...she forgot about me, after checking in. I waited 30 min, and had to bring it to her attention that I had checked in. When she realized it, there was no apology given....
