As with my last review, I have requested a call ahead prior to your service. Have not had the courtesy of any calls on months
Hector is very professional, courteous, and does a thorough job. We are so pleased to have him back on our service. He never does a half job, he makes sure that we are happy with the services he provides and always asks if there is anything else he can do for us. Please keep us on his work route, for others do pale in comparison. I would highly recommend Hector if you wanted a person who does their job completely while representing Clark in a positive light.
Your customer service is great, you guys come on schedule every other month like clock work.
I had not seen the rep in a while. This is not to say that he has not been here? Just leave a notification that you serviced the house. The second issue is snails are back in the front yard and stronger than ever. One of the primary reason for hiring Clark was to help eradicate the snail infestation in my from yard.
