I love having Eric come to my home. During the last visit he noticed some bugs living on the soil in my backyard and knew exactly what to do. The time before, he looked under a pool cover on my patio and found crickets! He is wonderful and I look forward to seeing him. Great employee and person!!

Great job by technician.
The only reason I am rating the service is because of the technician we had on our last service of 9/18. Our original one was not working which we were happy about!! The last time he came he didn't show for the first 2 scheduled times. We he did he brought along a rotten attitude. I asked him what happened and he said we were on someone else schedule....makes no sense. He rushed through and did not clear any cobwebs. I watched him drive off without doing the guest house. I called and he returned, again rushing through. ... read more
