Graduated from here in 2015, and have missed it ever since. It was the greatest experience of my life. Amazing teachers. So much to learn. Shout out to Mike Smith for teaching me things that still blow my mind in Astronomy 101 and 102. You're the man, for real! more »

I have learned so many valuable skills at FRCC that I have been able to apply them to my life and grow as a person. Working with the IT department was a rewarding experience. Bill, Kevin, and everyone was so nice and friendly. I have earned over 60 credits and am transferring to a four year school to finish my degree. I saved money going to FRCC first and was in a small class environment which was super helpful. Thanks FRCC more »

As a student and an employee of this school, I only have positive things to say about this place. The Westminster campus is big, accommodating, and full of friendly staff with high energy. The students here are generally pretty cheerful and kind. The teachers are always willing to help their students in any way that they can. The practices held in place here are fair, inclusive, and perfect for a campus with such diverse students. more »

Just like everything in life, you're only going to get what you give. The more involved you are with the Front Range campus, the more you will be rewarded. Do not allow the stigma around community colleges to sway you, this campus has a lot to offer. Personally, I have met people from all walks of life here, and each of them has taught me something. Front Range changed my life, and put me back on track to completing the degree that I want. more »

Teachers vary. Most are very polite and willing to work with students. Academic advising and financial aid need customer service skills. The appointments with financial aid can be way to to short. Same with academic advising according to many students. I use TRIO for advising and love it. more »

I had complaints about this school till I reached the university level. This school truly puts most of its money into the school and kids. The campuses are phenomenal, the willingness to accommodate unmatched, and the platform they operate on are suburb. Wishing I had as many good things to say about my top rated four-year engineering program.

My biggest criticism is due to the economy improving as enrollment has dropped significantly leading to limited class availability. Also as this is a Community College some of the teachers are part time. Though I’ve yet to find a teacher that didn’t push me I’ve certainly utilized the many resources available to get through classes that didn’t have the most experienced teacher.

I loved my in-class courses, but I was surprised with how much planning and preparation was required for my online Microbiology class. Some experiments had to be prepared three weeks in advance, while others only required 1-2 weeks or a few days, so several experiments overlapped each other and I was a little overwhelmed with how much work was involved to do this course from home. Other than that, I enjoyed all of my classes! My instructors were all great! more »
