I took my car with a flat tire that was not fixable..the extended warranty covered it . So I was so happy that was easy and replaced the tire for free .. good job all the nisssan Bakersfield 🤠🤠🤠🤠 more »

Josh Ramos was the greatest! We were very comfortable with every step of the way and he made us a deal we couldn't refuse. I already told my co-worker about Josh and she is going to use him when she gets her next car. I have been going to Nissan for over a year now to have my vehicle serviced. My previous experiences hve been pleasant. Recently I needed a tune up and my car was having trouble so I went in for service. I was given by far the best service ever by their service member Jesus Talamantes, he answered every question I had and wrote down all of my concerns so they could check my vehicle. My vehicle had a bad battery which they discovered was too small for my car. He was able to give me a quote for a new one. I left Nissan satisfied and grateful for his help that the next morning on Christmas Eve I called and asked for Jesus who still remembered who I was and told him I was going in for the new battery. I had my battery replaced in no time and it was more affordable than places I had looked around town when finished he even offered to get my car washed. Nissan has great staff and a nice waiting area with vending machines and free coffee and water while you wait. more »
