New client here! We're about a month into our implementation and things are going well. All implementation advisors were VERY helpful! A few things not disclosed to us that were a bit frustrating to find out about later--First, there is no way to have a shared contact directory within RingCentral. We have multiple users in our clinic that need access to all updated patient contact information, so we have had to outsource contacts through Google contacts and sync them with EACH RingCentral User account.
