Publish an after hours technical support telephone number. The support is already available, due to time zone differences, but it is difficult to get into the queue after 5:00 p.m. c.s.t. Great support other than that! Thanks. more »

The experience was great! Support team and interaction was great! The only issue I have is that Tier 1 overlooked a simple fix to my problem with lines porting, Tier 2 was able to locate a issue and resolve. It took 3 - 4 hours to resolve this issue, that was 3 - 4 hours 13 of my users had no inbound calling. Thank you more »

RC Chat Support is the best! When I re-joined RC, I would e-mail questions to my new account manager. My new account manager would simply ask me to search for my own answers in the knowledge base, which was daunting. My old account manager used to arrange a support team member to call me, which is pretty good. Now that I have tried Chat Support, I prefer it and go straight to that. Thank you! more »

My Chat agent was knowledgeable and immediately lead me to the correct resolution. I'm assuming the chat agents are working multiple simultaneous clients and that caused a bit of a delay in responding back. Otherwise it was a good experience. more »
