He was great! One of our employees had accidentally changed our password, PIN, and security question to the admin account instead of their personal one, and Rex was great about using another method of identification in order to verify our identity so that we could change everything back. This support request was relate to hardware, which turned out to be faulty. The path to discovery required Bryan to employ great listening skills, overcoming (my) lack of subject matter understanding, and patiently and credibly walking through the process to determine and implement the solution with very high confidence. PS - Everything that Bryan did works, with the exception of a faulty hardware port/jack that required me to manually twist and hold the phone jack. Thank you for such great knowledgeable help! more »

I am a RC customer and reseller now. I only have a few accounts which is on me for not being a high pressure sales person. I like the service as whole, it is easy to set up, feature rich, and allows me the flexibility to maintain private number privacy. more »

Great Service and Wonderful Features
I did not expect a feature that seemed to be something they should put in their literature. When we switched over we noticed the robocall hits dropped and we
figured it has to do with the way the phone is answered. Now I will get a one ring hit and the call drops. I can tell from the missed call log that the calls are repeats and the caller ID is for robocalls. I love this feature the very best since it has limited greatly the number of times a day I have to be interrupted and hang up on those solicitors. I think the service is great and I love being able to walk away from my office and the calls follow me. Gives me great freedom. more »

There was an issue on the upgrade. It was my fault. There was outdated payment information on the account. The rep was very professional and worked to resolve my issue. He was very knowledgeable and when the issue was beyond his ability to resolve, he promptly escalated the case where the problem was identified and we was able to successfully resolve the issue. 5 star support! more »

I called twice to have a new phone provisioned for my office. The first person passed me to a second, who could not answer my questions and promised to call back in a half hour but never did. I finally called back and spoke with Christine, who not only completed the task and got me fully set-up, but was very knowledgeable and personable. Many thanks to Christine for her excellence. more »

Get support! Very educated of the product and very friendly on the phone. The ONLY downside to my support call was the time it took waiting on hold to get to someone. Overall very happy with support. more »

Barbara was wonderful. I have been rather struggling with this problem for a while. We opened a case on this last November and it was never resolved and later I learned it was closed. The gentleman who helped really tried to help but could not resolve my problem. Barbara, however, was very proficient and knowledgeable and resolved my issue quickly and professionally. I really appreciated her time and wisdom and knowledge. more »

Very difficult to find the help menu. The FAQ section did not have what I was looking for and I never saw a way to go from that page (or many other Support Pages) to the on-line chat. Once I stumbled upon on-line chat, I was completely satisfied. Daisy was very helpful, clear, and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. more »
