We mainly use for faxing. It is easy to use/navigate; I really haven't had any issues.
Pros: Simple to add contacts. You have the ability to have multiple extensions if needed. It is easy t
o tell where/who the faxes came from and you can respond simply by clicking on the number or contact it came from. You are able to create a cover sheet when uploading the needed file(s). You can easily tell if the full fax was received because it will show the number of pages that are supposed to have come through.
Cons: A couple businesses have had issues sending faxes to us; but the problem is more than likely on their end and not related to RingCentral. Everything else about the software has worked smoothly.
Overall: Easily send and receive faxes without having to worry about the confidentiality of the information included in the faxes.

Amazing customer service
Pros: The help that is available with this product is out of this world. They are so friendly and wiling to help in a speedy manner, its great!
Cons: Getting use t
o using this takes more time that I would have liked. Figuring out the notifications and emails took to long until I got help from customer service. more »

The customer experience was very good, however the request I put in was unable to be done for me which was disappointing. Richard was very helpful and easy going, he made the process as good as getting a "no" can be in customer service! more »

Overall great but could use some more refinement.
Pros: Integrates across desktop and mobile apps along with desk phone. Handles both inbound and outbound fax and calls with the same line. Call
quality is good and connections are reliable.
Cons: They really REALLY want you to use their Glip service and for a while the iOS app was asking you to rate their app multiple times a week. There's some quirks such as missed calls don't want to sync between the desk phone and the app.
Overall: Business phone and fax with on demand call recording.

My Polycom had to be replaced because of a faulty receiver. When the new one arrived, the serial number on it did not agree to the information in your system. Other than that (and the fact that the original phone had a hardware problem), I'm very satisfied with the resolution of the issue. Marcus was great. more »

Pros: many many functions to do a lot of things - a lot of extras - getting calls forwarded to cell phones; sending email notifications tha
t contain the message
Cons: it is a voint venture between at&t and ring central and every time we call no one knows if we should be speaking with the ring central reps or the att reps - very confusing

My first call was to change our phone line from one number to another. At first, we thought it worked. But once I realized it wasn't quite there, I called again and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Both customer service reps were great and did a wonderful job helping me. Thank you. more »

Wouldn't change a thing. He was very polite and resolved the issue by remoting into my computer and provisioning the phone. He explained what was going on and how to handle a similar problem in the future. more »

The Best All Round Service
I've had RingCentral as my business phone service for several years. The call quality is very good, the features they offer are exceptional and the price for all
you get is incredible. I have unlimited long distance with my plan and it's unbelievably inexpensive. I love this service. more »

My life is complete! Now that they allow picture messages I am beyond happy with it!! That was the only massive flaw before. Sometimes
it gets glitchy but what app doesn't. We use it for our main company number and haven't had many problems- it's reliable, pretty simple to use and their customer service number is easy to get someone on the phone so if you are confused they're a phone call away. It's very multi functional which I like. I can customize it to suit our business. Mostly I just want to say THANK YOU for adding pictures!!! more »

Enough functionality, and seamless integration
I use RingCentral for my small business. It's been great being able to text, call out, and of course receive calls on my
business number.
I used sendhub before, and this is much better.
The SIP lines work fine as well.
Only complaint is that sometimes the calls are clear. But that happens exclusively when I have poor cell phone service.
