David was great. But it would have helped if he'd just answer my questions directly instead of explaining the whole thing before answering it. Love Ringcentral!
Pros: Super easy across all software platforms. Incredible user interface. Highly active updates and new features.
Cons: Can't forward voicemails from mac version. W
hy?
Overall: This is a great product all around. Its the communication hub of my office. It seamlessly allows my assistant and I to talk to customers and stay in touch with each other.

It seems the last two times I have called, the phone reps have been very knowledgeable and know exactly how to fix my problem. This was not the case 6 months ago and I am SO HAPPY that there has been such an improvement. As the ringcentral admin, it makes my job at least 100x easier. Thank you! more »

Erwin did his best, but I had to explain my issue a number of times. He mentioned it was a limitation of the system, but I ended up configuring it on my own after he laid the groundwork. Overall he did fairly well but a half hour phone call to replicate an existing configuration on a different number is a long time in my eyes. Overall grade: B+ more »

Every Meeting Practically is a GTM
Comments: Tool is super easy to use and robust enough to hold calls for longer than 30min. Simple integration into calendar/email. Features are good intuitive.

Your representative was excellent; friendly and professional. She was hindered by an extremely slow system. In the end she ended the chat and promised to resolve offline which she did. Good result overall. more »

Implementation was smooth and well managed but needed some level setting and acclimation

No hesitation, clearly a leader within the UCaaS space.
What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?
Careful assessment of services that are bundled with the standard versus premium subscription and very careful understanding of functional capabilities and limitation of each offerring.
What do you like most about the product or service?
Ease of use, very intuitive platform, ease of management. Features presented to the end user are broad especially for the mobile/road warrior user.
What do you dislike most about the product or service?
Common versus assigned phones. This should be a seamless capability built into the device profile, versus linked to the actual phone device.
What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?
Presentation of product services and features when compared to bundles that are marketed.
If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?
More clearly understood implementation services and a better understanding of what services were not included with our RingCentral office solution.

I really appreciate the escalation procedure. When I got to Tier 3, Mr. Devos stayed in contact with me, and made sure that although we had to roll back to an older version of the softphone, that the phones were working. The issue is to be fixed in 8.4. We are patiently waiting on 8.4 to be released, so that we can test with our users. Mr. Devos, stayed with the issue until the bitter end, waiting patiently on us to provide feedback. Thank you! more »

The representative was extremely helpful and understood what the issue was. Went above and beyond to follow up with my issue so that I could use the fax option that we need for daily use. The only issue I have is that an issue always has to be upgraded to a different level support. Most of the time the initial contact will not result in a follow up or understanding of the issue. I understand that there needs to be a process but we should also be able to choose a representative that we have worked with in the past allowing for faster troubleshooting time. more »

Although there seemed some initial confusion as to why we were encountering the two problems we were - the representative identified the two issues (one more technical than the other) and explained how to resolve them, they then assisted and were very thorough, running two separate tests to ensure the problem had been correctly dealt with and the end result was what we were looking for.
