Thea did a great job. Was knowledgeable, professional, yet personal. Wait time was significant - in fact, it was taking so long, I hung up after about 20 minutes and called back, thinking there might be something wrong. But once I got Thea, everything was great! more »

Dependable Service
RingCentral is just always there. We have been using it for over 10 years and there were no more than 2 times that there was a severe service interruption that effected incomi
ng calls. The service is versatile and can be customized in many ways to accommodate just about any requirements. Easy holiday pre- programming for any message changes. And their "Ringout" feature allows me to use any phone or cell phone and my customers still see it as my office phone. It's great! more »

Better than Skype or any VoIP! Could've been 5 stars if we can set a different ringtone and message alert tone to distinguish calls/texts are coming from RC! more »

I waited about 5 mins for a rep. This wasn't too bad, but it would have been helpful to know my approx waiting time so I knew I would eventually get connected. more »

I talked previously with the TSR who handled my issue. Although the first time did not resolve my issue, it was not entirely his fault as I believe the issue was escalated to TS 2nd level. This time though, he was able to pinpoint the issue and was able to resolve it. 2 thumbs up more »

Last representative I spoke to his name was Aaron but he did a very good job, a little of extra attention to details than the 1st one (Mariel), she did a really good job also. Congratulations to both of them they resolve my issue really quick. One thing that I will like to say is that Aaron used a little to much hold... rather than did he did an excellent job! more »

Very good tech support and she was patient with me to make sure I did and performed what I had to in order to fully understand the step by step process of faxing out items with RingCentral. Very easy and I would recommend RingCentral! more »

I used the chat feature to resolve my issue. I like that means of communication, as it allows me to continue to work on other things at the same time. The rep was great and able to help me troubleshoot my issue. There ended up not being an issue at all. I was faxing several documents and did not realize that it takes a long time for that many to go through. It takes about 30 minutes to send large files and now I know that. Thank you for all you do! more »

She was amazing ! Very professional and courteous. She listened to my problem and worked proactively step by step to resolve it. She was even able to talk to me and multi-task while making the changes.
