When I made the call for assistance I started having computer trouble on top of everything else. I asked if I could call back when my computer was working right. I ended not getting back to RingCentral right away, as a matter of fact it was several days later. Just got very busy at work and didn't get back to it. I then received a call from RingCentral yesterday and the assistant made my day by helping me out with my issues. Thank you so much for your time, effort and knowledge. It was a bit hard to hear and understand the assistant (and I'm sometimes a scatter brain so I'm sure I was a challenge for her as well. lol), but we got through it. I originally chose the wrong extension and immediately knew I had the incorrect department for my issue at hand. However, the man that answered my call was so polite and kind and forwarded me to the correct department and even explained the intent of my call so as to fast track the resolution. The young man who took the call from there was the best I've had yet. He was clear, and simple in his direction without adding unnecessary instructions. Shortest call time I've ever experienced! I spoke with Chris (I didn't catch his last name) and he was great. He took care of my issue, worked with the billing team, notified my CSM, and also called me back to let me know the case was resolved. He was great on the phone. Very upbeat and willing to assist. While I am sure everyone on the team is just like Chris, I certainly hope I get him again if I have anymore issues. Thank you! more »

The problem was complex and that was not RingCentral's fault, but rather a problem cause by Vonage, however, Tony at RingCentral stuck with it until it was resolved. Thank you. more »

Jason was excellent - the best of all the support folks i have worked with in the past. He got us up so we can put people on hold and answer from another phone which is much better that the parking lot that we thought we had to use per your CS staff. more »

When I was finally able to speak with someone, support was excellent. When I was initially contacted it was on a Saturday night, and the rep (Maria) was on the phone with other customers until very late in my time zone. So I had to wait until this morning (Monday) to receive a call from someone. Christopher was very knowledgable and adroitly handled my issue and stayed with me until we were both sure it was solved. more »

Offers Great Solution for Web-Based Teams
What do you like best?
RingCentral has great features. There are apps for iPhone and Mac in addition to the web-based module. It provides a great
way for everyone to have individualized office numbers without using their personal cell phone numbers. There is also a great meetings app that allows our team to meet via the Internet weekly. The quality of the video chat is great!
What do you dislike?
I have not discovered a way to save meeting IDs. I have to copy and paste a meeting ID each week. Our team uses the same meeting ID for our weekly meetings, it would be nice to have an option to save it versus have to enter it each time. The screen-sharing option could use a little more work to make it easier to communicate.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our team is a web-based team with 7 members in 4 different cities with no home office. We also work with a network of international partners who have access as well. It makes it easy to meet in real time with a web-based team.
