The lady that took care of me this morning was extremely nice and easy to talk to. I mentioned I was a senior citizen and she made sure that I understood everything I need answers for. Very pleasant and understanding. I guess I should say she was out-standing! more »

I’ve been a Ring Central customer for 7 years and am a huge fan. My small business has two offices a thousand miles apart. Calling between remote offices is identical to calling a different extension in the same office. Call quality is great. I’ve set things up so that all my incoming calls ring simultaneously in my office and on my mobile phone. My office follows me everywhere I go. I can make VOIP calls using my cell phone. International calling is both seamless and affordable. Voicemail text service is awesome. Fax service solves that rare issue. Conferencing capability is just terrific. I’ve conducted multiple international conference calls and have never had a problem at all. I honestly have a hard time believing anyone with a decent router and bandwidth has problems with RingCentral. more »

(+) Patrice, your representative, was professional, patient, and resolved my issues. It took some time (I had a number of issues... some a bit sticky) & she stayed with me. I'm impressed. I seldom encounter this level of quality in a help desk. Thx (-) It took a long time to get connected to the chat session... but given the time given to me with no "brush-off", I understand. I appreciated the time and, of course the outcome. Perhaps add more folks to the help desk? (+/-) OTOH I wouldn't want to trade quantity for the quality I got from Patrice's guidance. more »

The support service I received on 1/02/17, was very good all thanks to George, who assisted in getting our issue resolved. I must say he was very patient, professional and he is definitely competent. He was explaining everything I needed to know about the new iCloud phone step by step and made sure I understood and checked to see if I was satisfied after solving the problem. Thank you. more »
