Great Value - Functionality, Price Sensitive, Customer Support
Comments: I started out with the Ring Central service about two years ago. I am a small business, and as my operations change, Ring
Central has helped me to adapt the service to my needs.
Pros: The combination of the software and good customer service is what keeps the service valuable to the end user.
Cons: Sometimes: (1) Not enough service techs to help, or (2) You get a service tech with an attitude - looking to get off the call ASAP!
Recommendations to other buyers: No.

I was very impressed with the service I received this morning and the helpful, efficient nature of the person I spoke to, sorry I didn't catch his name but it really was a pleasure to speak to him and his Customer Service Skills were fantastic. more »

The RingCentral Representative I spoke with was very patient, polite, knowledgeable and through in her interaction with me. She was so good that I signed up again with RingCentral for another year, and paid immediately. more »

The best system
What do you like best?
I love the reporting features, the user features (meetings, app for cell phone, etc).
What do you dislike?
I do wish there were alerts th
at could be set up. For instance, if voicemails aren't listened to within 24 hours, the admin would be notified.
What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?
We have been able to identify how often certain individuals answer the phone in the operations center and the call volume peaks during the week/month/year.

The wait time to reach a representative was a bit long going on 4 minutes i believe. Other than that, the rep, did a great job of understanding the situation and assisting to resolve the situation. Awesome job RingCentral customer service! more »

Best phone service we ever have
What do you like best?
Cheap
Automated phone assistant handles calls, sounds professional like in a big company.
Can modify options with app
/> Never down in 6 years
What do you dislike?
Nothin much. Ring central does what we want: answer calls and redirect them
Recommendations to others considering the product
There are many companies in the US offering this kind of service. I only know this one in Canada (at the time we signed up anyways). Have not look lately (price has not increased).
What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?
We used to have a phone line just to redirect calls and a fax line. Now we get both for cheaper than the single phone line

This was the best experience I have ever had with RingCentral. Enthusiasm, focus on the customer experience. willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied.. Empathetic to the issue is was experiencing and wanted to ensure it was 100% fixed before leaving the call.. Follow up email once all was completed... end t end a perfect customer experience. The rep was very polite and helpful. She found an additional problem that I was unaware of and resolved the issue. She made sure the question I had was resolved and working before the call ended. I am very satisfied with RingCentral. more »

We use RingCentral VOIP softphones throughout the office. No more telephone hardware. The app is user friendly and easy to set-up. Some of the features I love: labeling phone numbers so when calls come in we can quickly identify key clients, quick calling by highlighting a phone number on my screen and tapping F6, selecting other RingCentral users to add to a conference call, call forwarding to multiple softphones and cell phones, voicemail messages are sent to email, and the list goes on. I highly recommend!! more »

Great Features, Serving at a Reasonable Price! - RingCentral
Our company has been with RingCentral for a little over a year and a half now
and we couldn't be happier. Over the past ma
ny years we've suffered with the
horrible service of the phone company that has monopolized the market; year
after year charging us more and more (because they could) and offering very
little for the exorbitant amount. With RingCentral we've been able to get out
from under the phone company and know exactly what we have to pay for every
single month, AND we get a ton of features that we can use to help streamline
our business. We've been able to save a lot more money simply because we've
been able to consolidate all of those extra service vendors by just using
RingCentral.
Of course, RingCentral is not perfect... no company is. We've had a couple of
complications here and there, but it's never stopped us from being able to
handle our business. RingCentral techs and the customer service reps have
been there every step of the way and have never let us down

Everyone I spoke with was courteous and respectful. The support staff was knowledgeable and willing to help at all times. We were amazed that the wait time was minimal for case resolution. I will recommend RingCentral to business associates. Our experiences have always been positive. more »
