Depends on which time I called. I called a few weeks ago to have the afterhours voicemail changed From Esperanza Roman Ext 114 to me at my ext 102. I tried explaining to your agent when Esperanza received the voicemail it also went to her email. When it did go to her she could see the voicemail written in words. I requested the same on my phone & email. I called 2 or 3 times about it, one agent did a test and it worked, but the vm we received that night were not written out in words in my email. I did have to call twice, because the first rep was not knowledgeable and did everything wrong.
