Very good tech support and she was patient with me to make sure I did and performed what I had to in order to fully understand the step by step process of faxing out items with RingCentral. Very easy and I would recommend RingCentral! more »

Last representative I spoke to his name was Aaron but he did a very good job, a little of extra attention to details than the 1st one (Mariel), she did a really good job also. Congratulations to both of them they resolve my issue really quick. One thing that I will like to say is that Aaron used a little to much hold... rather than did he did an excellent job! more »

She was amazing ! Very professional and courteous. She listened to my problem and worked proactively step by step to resolve it. She was even able to talk to me and multi-task while making the changes. Angela was awesome. My initial question was a bit ambiguous so she clarified one thing before going down a blind alley ... very good. She then corrected the problem and honestly took the time to show me what she did. That brought up another question and she walked me through it very well. I not only walked away with my problem being solved but can now better understand the system itself. Angela is a gem for RingCentral! more »

The technician who resolved my issue was absolutely able to answer all my questions quickly with instructions that I need and with a customer oriented attitude and voice tone. I am totally satisfied with her support and she must be a part of your valuable assets. Simply she's AWESOME! more »

The last person I spoke with was the most helpful. I did feel like in the beginning I was put on hold several times and that the account took forever to find. I was a lengthy phone call but everything was resolved.Thank you more »

Knowledgeable phone contact, so it was solved quickly. She knew exactly what I described and knew exactly what had gone wrong (on the sender's end). She sent me a test fax and asked me to send myself one. Both came in so she knew problem was solved. This product works perfectly for our small company with random accounts that still require a fax number instead of email contact. Thank you! more »

Implementation took careful planning, but it has become always on, dial tone once again.
We deployed to 95% of our >1000 US based employees in August, 2016. there have been very few hiccups sinc
e then. We rolled out physical phones "to all", softphones as desired and mobile clients. We're also using RCMeetings extensively.
Financials (payments) have caused some churn, but so did our previous big three telephony company billing systems.
Please explain your willingness or hesitation to recommend this product or service.
I happily advocate for RingCentral. If you're after a bundled solution, I don't see any other product in the marketplace that comes close to an as full featured offering. It's a great product and it's made me look like a hero in my relatively new job. This was my first major implementation.
What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?
We used RC professional services and for greater than 300 users I wouldn't recommend doing it any other way. Don't neglect understanding the pain and realities of PORTING your phone numbers. This becomes a very major bottleneck to get through, depending on how many locations you're doing. (15 for us).
What do you like most about the product or service?
Quality. Both software quality and uptime. Both have been almost flawless.
What do you dislike most about the product or service?
Financials. Billing. Extra costs I didn't realize. But in the main, this is 2/3's the cost of our on premise, dated, pbx system that we replaced.
What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?
When we pointed out one of the prof svcs folks assigned to us wasn't working out, they should have listened sooner. Eventually I had to stamp my little feet and demand replacement.
If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?
We worked hard on a good phone inventory, but it was still incomplete and that bit us a few times. Our ACD/IVR inventory was also incomplete. We spent 3 months working a deployment plan, but we could have used more time.

The main issue was absolutely solved Thank you. I had some other queries on the architecture of our 2 primary numbers (groups) that are currently combined under our main company phone number. Ideally, these should be seperate. A bit hazy on our options with this. These questions were secondary to the main issue. more »
