It might be nice to have a set plan / tutorial to go through that would show all the aspects of the system if the customer doesn't have any specific questions. more »

Simple. a] you left our previous supplier with an 'order pending' note long after you had ported the numbers requested and b] we were effectively disconnected as of today and the only advice I can get on the phone is 'the problem has been escalated to level 2!! more »

Very adaptive to our specific on-boarding situation and willing to work with me on timing as we are rolling this out very slowly. Additionally was very patient and helpful with rescheduling me when an office emergency forced me to cancel a session at the last minute. I look forward to getting our numbers ported and fully on board. more »

Emily has made the process about as painless as could be hoped. She responded quickly to questions and requests for help, and knew where to find answers if she didn't have them. She was particularly adept and patient at the screen sharing/configuration sessions. more »

The available documentation online on the RingCentral website for demonstrating how to do faxing is weak. I have watched videos on YouTube created by non-RingCentral employees which are sub-professional and confusing. I could not find a video specifically about faxing on the RingCentral website. The few minutes with Jennylyn resolved many of the bits of information I needed to be successful in confidently sending out faxes using this new to me technology. I now have a workflow that works. When I first called I was on hold for nearly 10 minutes and then disconnected without ever reaching anyone, which is unusual for calls to your Help Desk. I called back and after a 5 minute hold was connected with Lovelyn, who did an excellent job helping me reprovision 2 desk phones. more »

The wait time on hold to get to the correct person was the only issue. Once we had the gentleman that handled the case on the phone with us it was handled with much care and consideration. We appreciated his time spent with us to resolve the issue. more »

Great VOIP Solution
What do you like best?
Ability to add extensions for multiple staff members with the flexibility for each to set open hours, call forwarding to mobile, personalized gre
etings and vacation settings.
What do you dislike?
The menus are deep and knowing how and where to go can be difficult in the beginning.
What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?
Our staff was very mobile and not everyone had a desk. Ring Central allowed staff to receive calls no matter where they worked and to make calls via the app without exposing their personal phone number.

I was pretty irritated and impatient but support gentleman handled everything very professionally. He calmly explained to me what and how to fix the issue on my end while resetting whatever was needed on RingCentral end. The gentleman demonstrated very professional and knowledgeable performance augmented by an impressively high level of self-control and tolerance. Thank you very much! more »
