Bryan was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with me, as a Techno-dinosaur. More so, my call was accidentally dropped and Bryan even took the initiative to call me back. I could not have resolved my fax problem without his help. I had to send a CRUCIAL text to my doctor and I was lost without his help! He is a real gem, diamond in the rough. The representative I spoke with on the phone today was excellent. He answered my questions quickly and was knowledgeable of the RC Product line. He had great consumer service skills. I did not have the same experience when I used the chat support. more »

This is my second time calling support. Both experiences were the best technical support calls I've ever had to make. Everyone dreads calling tech support for any product. I would recommend ring central based solely on these two experiences. more »

RingCentral staff have always been courteous and go out of their way to resolve a case. My rep was excellent at understanding what needed to be addressed and resolving the issue in a timely fashion. more »

The gentleman who I spoke with today was courteous and patient. He was able to solve our issues in a timely manner and explain the reasons we were having such problems. I am very satisfied with his responses and customer service. more »

Great Product
I love this app!
(1) Product Support is excellent. They are clear and get back to you to make sure you are satisfied.
(2) I forgot my iPhone and left it at home. A quic
k "chat" later and I had a virtual phone on my desktop...! Easy, simple...wow!
(3) because this is a Voice over Internet Phone (VOIP) I use it in my hotel when I am abroad over the Wifi...who needs a calling plan...? It's all here !!

we have been a Ring Central customer for several years. We have always found their service to be reliable and top notch. The pricing is far below what I was paying to the phone company for comparable services, and with Ring Central we do not have to have a long distance provider at an additional cost. The electronic secretary, call waiting system and the desk top administrative and user controls are quite helpful. more »

The support analyst was very helpful. While my entire question was not answered, we were able to determine that RingCentral was not the issue and that I needed to move on to the manufacturer of another piece of equipment. The analyst was friendly and thorough. more »

In this day and age, you need to provide group texting and photo attachments with texts. Otherwise, a great service and app.

Overall Good
I like the app and use this for my business daily and make many calls during the day along with text messages. I think there are still glitches and parts that need to be improved. I
didn't like the new updated feature where you now look at your phone category to see your call log but its growing on me. I also think that being able to view the number while viewing the caller id would be nice. You can do this on other devices but not the same ones. For example, my iPhone shows only the phone number OR the caller Id but my iPod displays both. Sometimes I see the caller Id and not the phone number so it makes my business more time consuming. Along with that...heck, make the whole app viewable while on a call. Like I said It could use some upgrades but overall works pretty good. more »
