No complaints at all! Really helpful. The security settings of the phone with the firewall was the issue, which isn't a straightforward issue. What I would say, is that perhaps there needs to be better documentation in the online help files to give us more info before we have to contact helpline. Port settings etc are convoluted to find on your system. Great people to deal with though, so just a suggestion for the IT people(!) more »

We got an ongoing issue and being passed all over to cloudphone and to broadband team and theres is no issue with the internet as what the previous support said. Glad I reached matt and he identified the main issue which is our ethernet port through the wall. Knowledgable person. Well done Matt! Thanks again! more »

The only reason I had to call more than once was because I had to reset the system. The hold times are very short, your staff is very courteous and very good with follow-up; all of which leads to a good experience. more »

Erwin did a great job as well as my follow up call to Matthew, who also did a good job. The couldn't rewrite the RingCentral for Windows application though, so that was a bummer. I have high hopes for version 9 to fix my issue. more »

Ring Central is Phone System in the Modern World
What do you like best?
I love the mobile apps and software. The ability to answer calls from multiple phones including a mobile device and
to also be able to listen to voicemails from the app as well. Including the ability to send text messages, to make calls from your cell appear to be coming from your RingCentral number, and Glip.
What do you dislike?
Some of the apps could use some improvement. They're a little clunky at times. Same with the web interface. Could be designed better, but works fine and is easy to navigate.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Definitely worth switching. Very easy to set up and use.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We had an old phone system that crashed and could not be updated or programmed anymore. We were able to update our phone systems for much cheaper, using VOIP, and have flexibility for programming phones for our users and groups.

Mark was very nice but it was a little difficult to explain to him what I was trying to accomplish. My surprise was I didn't expect it to be so difficult asking how to have a meeting through a desk phone. Once we got past the initial understanding, he was helpful. more »

I have discussed a new feature/option for "Lunch Hour" call scenario with RingCentral support agent and will make a suggestion from RingCentral community website as the option/feature is currently missing. After a discussion with RingCentral support agent, at least we got an alternate way of implementing/resolving our configuration issue though. Thanks RingCentral for your professional support! more »
