I initially called yesterday but the wait was so long, I had to hang up. It would have been nice to know about how long my wait could have been. Today when I called, Al answered immediately and was able to clearly walk me through and provide the proper solutions to my needs. He was awesome! more »

Carlos was extremely nice, knowledgeable and handled my problem in a very time efficient manner. I must give him props because I had to get off the phone yesterday to leave work and go pick up my kids and he followed up with me first thing this morning to help me finish the process. I like that Ed showed me where to make the changes, so I can do them myself in the future. While it should be easier to figure out where I needed to be, that's a different issue. Over all, a great experience with support. more »

I was VERY pleased with the representative that helped me with my concerns. She was VERY informative of the system and it's options. We had a wonderful conversation and she really made me feel comfortable and was very patient. I was honestly surprised that I was able to understand all of her instructions and now I can't wait to get hoem to start setting up our phone system. more »

It ended up being an issue with our internet here that took the phones off line. The issue was resolved on this end, but the tech was kind and courteous and followed up at a later date to make sure that things were taken care of. more »

This is the first time I have spoken to technical support and found my experience very professional. All of the queries I had with our new BT Cloud Phone were answered and rectified. I was slightly worried as my husband has dealt with technical support, but found it easy to follow and understand. more »

The representative was extremely helpful and her knowledge about the overall RingCentral app & website was beyond belief. Normally when I would call other companies (godaddy, wells fargo, salesforce) for assistance I would have to be transferred to 2 other departments. Today was not the case, I'm actually surprised that she took care of the issue all by herself. It actually shows that your rep cares and loves what she is doing, that is very hard to find nowadays. She spoke like a human being, not like a trained script reading robot. Absolute 2 thumbs up!! more »
