The implementation was outstanding. The support afterwards has not been good. I have several cases open (one from 8/18) that have not been addressed.

It was a good experience overall. Customer service was excellent and the issue was resolved after the rep went over case scenarios with my phone settings. I was able to navigate through my phone certificates, and after enabling them all I was then able to get into the app. Thank you for the follow up. The follow-up/follow through is much appreciated.

I have been on the phone with Ring Central numerous times over the past 2 weeks and every time i received fantastic customer service. All agents were knowledgeable and professional. In this day and age you just expect awful customer service no matter the industry. The automated attendant is VERY clumsy at the beginning but once you get a CSR - everything went smooth. I only had one agent that seemed new but even he was professional.
