Marian was a big help. I do not use Office @Hand on a regular basis and I always have a great experience contacting support for assistance. Marian was able to step me through the process of creating a new user extension and linking the new user to an existing Polycom desk phone. Holly was awesome - easily the best Ring Central tech support call I've had. She was pleasant (huge plus), she spoke clearly and was able to keep up with my pace. Most importantly, she helped me fix what I called about and also another issue that had been bugging me. Very well done. more »

My only comment is that when I called it could have been made clear sooner how to speak to a representative. I called because I could not resolve my issue online, so I knew immediately based on that message that I needed to talk to someone. Having to go through a lot of the automated prompts was a bit frustrating. I wish I could have skipped that and spoken to someone immediately. Once I was connected though, service was excellent. more »

RingCentral offers a compelling product, cloud-based VOIP telephony with enterprise level features you’d be hard pressed to find at an affordable price with an on-premise solution. My users get a great deal of value from the text messaging and electronic faxing services that are included. Pricing is straightforward, albeit a tad on the expensive side, but the service is incredibly stable. We’ve been using RingCentral for a year and a half and I believe our phones have gone offline maybe twice in that timeframe. Compare that to our POTS service we were using previously which was down on a weekly basis and we’re definitely doing better. more »

After I got distracted from our online chat, the rep called me on my cell phone and we were able to resume the help I needed over the phone which was really helpful. She resolved my issue with ease and I could tell she knew what she was talking about. more »

Took a little time to confirm Firewall settings. When at the end, the problem was caused by an internet interruption that locked up our DNS server. Once this was rebooted, everything worked fine. Your representative was VERY patient and professional during this time. more »

New system to us
Only have had the system installed for a few business days. We have had some problems with the app, being able to answer calls. To early to tell why, the calls dont answer.

The best part of the RingCentral product is that one can call a knowledgeable human and get help right away when one can't find the answer in videos or online. This is the MOST IMPORTANT part of the service for me, and what makes me use this company above all others. The reps are pleasant, speak excellent English, and very knowledgeable.
