I wanted to change the debit card that I pay the invoice with and tried to access the phone number that came with the renewal email and it rejected the password that I had. Finally I accessed online and Christina was wonderful and solved my problem. Guided me right through the process. more »

The help and support I received over the telephone was excellent. The BT Engineer has called and fixed the problem, it was on an outside pole. Today I am very pleased with the performance of all who resolved my telephone problem. Many Thanks to All more »

he was very knowledgeable, helped me right away, got me over to my account team so we could resolve an extra softphone and number that they had to take care of. I was really happy about it. Good job, keep it up. more »

Francis did a wonderful job and even offered to "remote in" when I did not understand his recommendations. Francis was very patient with me and did a good job fixing our problem. Francis is an excellent member of your team. more »

I appreciate how well my CSR knew what he was doing! He was able to walk me through the process and help me fix my issues. The first day I had an emergency at work and had to disconnect the call. The next day he called to follow up and help me finish taking care of the issue. Once again our conversation was cut short because I was busy with other things at work. Today he called once again to see if I had time for him to help me finish up taking care of my issue with RingCentral. I was finally able to get to talk with him and finish solving my problem. He is definitely a great customer service rep and I appreciate his constant dedication to reach me during my busy days and help whenever he was able! Thank you! more »
