The best part of the RingCentral product is that one can call a knowledgeable human and get help right away when one can't find the answer in videos or online. This is the MOST IMPORTANT part of the service for me, and what makes me use this company above all others. The reps are pleasant, speak excellent English, and very knowledgeable. When time is precious, they get the problem resolved quickly. RingCentral does customer service right. more »

Thank you to the Rep that assisted me with my issue. She was very helpful and understanding. Her knowledge of RingCentral was spot on. I have called RingCentral in the past and the cooperation and help was not there. As the owner of my business when I call to make changes I need it done and she made it happen for me. Please use her as an example for what customer service should be. more »

I was initially unhappy with how my VOIP service from RingCentral was performing. However, after working with the representative, everything is working fine. I appreciate his patience and his proficiency. more »

Everything we need
The iPhone app has been great over AT&T. All the feature work very well.
The only problem we experience is with the desktop soft phone. Call quality on the soft phone ha
s been bad and most of the time we have to call people back using the iPhone app or cellular data. more »

I was initially a little apprehensive about speaking with the call centre outside the UK as generally get poor service. However I must say that my agent " Nabi" was excellent and able to sort all items efficiently and took his time and ensured everything was perfect before completing the call yesterday. He then kindly rang back today and gave more information and has organised my tutorial with the new internet phone. I hope this level of service continues as no doubt we shall come across questions as we utilise it's full value to the business. Very many thanks and great service so far 10/10 !!! more »
