Reliable system tool
What do you like best?
We chose RingCentral over other VoiP and video conferencing systems because of its consistent and reliable service, particularly for screen shar
ing via RingCentral Meetings. While other platforms lag even when displaying PowerPoints, RingCentral showcases streaming video clearly. It's effective and well-priced for all it's features. Our users appreciate being able to use their own mobile devices and simply access the RingCentral mobile app, or call directly from the desktop app.
What do you dislike?
Users on both ends must download a plugin in order to video conference, and some companies do not allow such activity on their devices. The sales team ends up as frustrated as the potential customer who cannot get into the conference.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Keep an eye on how to set up how calls are handled for individual users- each caller may have different expectations or preferences and they can likely be accommodated. Support was very helpful whenever we reached out, and quick to rectify any mishaps.
What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?
We're able to do our own product justice when demonstrating it halfway across the world. RingCentral makes it easy to control dialing access to certain countries and area codes, as well as transfer or add users as the team grows. It's been far more cost effective than providing company phones or business lines for each team member.

RingCentral is Always Reliable
What do you like best?
I really like the interface and ease of use. It's also nice having a reliable video conference system.
What do you dislike?

I dislike that it sometimes doesn't retain my login information even though I check the 'remember me' box. Other than that, I really have no complaints.
What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?
The biggest benefit is decreasing the use of email and instead just hopping on a video call. It's much easier to be able to collaborate on a project when you're video chatting. Our company is comprised of mostly remote workers so this also increasing the feeling of being connected, even if we're on opposite sides of the country.

Great faxing capabilities
Comments: I use RingCentral for their online faxing capabilities, and am so happy I decided to go this route vs getting a second phone line for faxing. Super easy to us

Awesome Product to Eliminate Multiple Products!
Comments: Ring Central meetings gives our team the ability to schedule and host meetings with or without video quickly and efficiently. Scheduling
meeting is such a breeze. Ease of use for Ring Central Meetings is a definite 10.
Pros: Ease of use that it provides for end users.
Cons: It is not integrated with Ring Central for Windows Telephone. Using just 1 piece of software for everything would be great.
Recommendations to other buyers: Try it!

The representative who assisted me was very polite, pleasant to speak with, and very knowledgeable about the phone system. She took the time to walk me through making changes myself, which was very helpful for future reference. I ended the call completely satisfied with the support she gave me. I have to admit I've been really impressed and satisfied with the RingCentral support service so far. All the people really know what they're doing and are really helpful. This is a breath of fresh air compared to most other support centres nowadays when sometimes it appears the caller knows more than that the technical expert. more »
