I m giving this 3 stars strictly on the bases of the charter package and the presentation but not the customer service at the end. You know the lady that I spoke with had the audacity to ask me if I had a sugar daddy to help me with the money. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Something else I might add, I'd like to know upfront about the money. I don't know about other people, but for me personally. The staff was excellent... the presentation was great... Andrew was the person who did the presentation.... he was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all our questions.... I give them a 10...

Very nice service, interesting concept
My experience was kind of bleak that is, I was kind of expose to something I was not prepared or expecting to have encountered, my expectations was to grab my Rewards and leave, secondly, you guys did not ask my permission instead took me through a Sale promote that I was not expecting at all which took all of my time and we were not able to reach a comprise to have gotten one of your offers.
