We recently purchased and installed laminate flooring in our home and had an excellent experience from start to finish. TLDR: Overall, thrilled with the speed of service and happy with the final flooring. Everything else was less than stellar. TBD on if they uphold warranty issues - will update if that’s ever needed. If you have the luxury of time to shop around, do it. If not, keep a close eye during the process and you’ll probably still be happy with the finished product. The process from booking the consultation online, to picking a carpet, to setting up an install date was so easy!! Katie Eisenberg was my design consultant & she came in and knew exactly what i wanted and was able to work with me in my budget, super super friendly and right on time. Will definitely work with her again! edit: here’s the before & after! i’m a very happy customer 😊 the installation was quick all done within the same day and they were very kind, thank you 50floor!
We are so excited to get our floors redone! Ben K. was very friendly and helpful during the whole presentation from start to finish. Honestly felt like he was a close friend already! You guys have a great guy on your team! We’re really happy to get the floors redone as it now motivates us to redecorate and rearrange our living room to look more lively. Update: Added photos of before and after! Our living room came out wonderful! So happy with the end results!
We recently used 50Floor to have our carpet and tile removed and had laminate flooring installed. We could not be more thrilled with the process. We met with Ben first who went through the sales process with and he was nothing short of kind and knowledgeable. Then came the install. Done in one day. They were prompt and communicative. Would highly recommend. I’ve included before and after photos below.
