Great support and advice for someone who has never been through this decision making process before. Very patient and very professional from start to finish . We recently used 50Floor to have our carpet and tile removed and had laminate flooring installed. We could not be more thrilled with the process. We met with Ben first who went through the sales process with and he was nothing short of kind and knowledgeable. Then came the install. Done in one day. They were prompt and communicative. Would highly recommend. I’ve included before and after photos below.
We met with Katie Eisenberg and had a very pleasant and informative discussion about flooring. We decided on what we liked in vinyl plank flooring. Katie was very knowledgeable and we made our decision. There was never any pressure whatsoever. Our new flooring will be installed next week. Photos before of our old flooring.
50 floors did an incredible job, and I want to give props to the company they subcontracted for our job. They were absolutely incredible professional polite thorough. Absolutely perfect we are so happy. Benjamin came out went over all the different floorings with us gave us, we gave him our concerns, he gave us his opinion we told him our opinion we all decided on a flooring and we love it 50 floors is a better company with him as an employee. Great job guys
Katie was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process of purchasing my new flooring. She took her time measuring, taking photos, and explaining everything clearly. I never felt pressured or rushed—she made it clear that my comfort and readiness were the priority, which truly put me at ease. I had an amazing experience today and would absolutely recommend her to others!
