Communication sucks. It's pass the baton, not my problem. Managers that are apparently supposed to handle complaints have contractors call me to follow up when I leave the manager the message and then relay nothing but incorrect information and concerns to the contractors. if youre in manangement, I can promise with absolution you dont want me to post pictures of the workmanship. My family and I have used 50Floor 7 years ago. The guys who removed the carpet and installed laminate in 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs were amazing. All this was done in one day and our furnitures were set up after the installation. We have hired 50Floor again, this time to do installation on 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining rooms. Our first experience with 50 flooring was excellent. Alice came out with samples for our consultation she was both professional and very knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with this company! From the wonderful job the salesperson did helping us choose exactly what we needed, to the fantastic job the installers did. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly! The installation process was so smooth, from their moving the furniture, to the tearing out the old carpet, to laying the new carpet, to the clean up, vacuuming and replacing the furniture. They all made this process so easy and we would recommend this company to everyone!
