A few years ago they did a great job so I hired them again after being pushed to sign the contract on the spot when I was telling them I wanted to get quotes. Unfortunately, this experience was nothing like the last and I’m left with a mess to fix myself. This will be my second time working with 50 Floors. Mike Baruffi, the representative, is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and personable and knows the floor business well. He listened to what I wanted and didn't push more expensive flooring on me. He gave me every discount he could find and I believe the price was reasonable. I am looking forward to the installation. You should ask for Mike - - he is great to work with.
In less than 48 hours we contacted 50Floors and they scheduled someone to come out and John was the gentleman that came. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He brought all the samples in and I could tell he valued our time and opinion. He shared his knowledge of the different carpet choices and within less than an hour we had our choice and had purchased what we loved. I'd leave a -5 if I could. Had flooring installed in my kitchen and bathrooms. When installing the flooring in my bathroom they removed my toilet for the installation and broke my toilet where it wouldn't seal to the floor properly so it was leaking. I had to hire someone else to repair the toilet. The floor in my kitchen is messed up for the 3rd time. Our overall experience with 50 Floor was average. The sales process was straightforward, and the flooring material itself appears to be of good quality. However, we were disappointed with the installation and the overall execution. Several areas were measured inaccurately, resulting in sections where the flooring does not extend fully under the wall.
