A few years ago they did a great job so I hired them again after being pushed to sign the contract on the spot when I was telling them I wanted to get quotes. Unfortunately, this experience was nothing like the last and I’m left with a mess to fix myself. My experience from initial contact with Robert to installation and cleanup was A+. Robert was clear and precise describing the entire process and a good guy on top of that. If anyone ever asks my opinion on who to install their floors, that will be a real easy one to answer. 50Floor.
This will be my second time working with 50 Floors. Mike Baruffi, the representative, is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and personable and knows the floor business well. He listened to what I wanted and didn't push more expensive flooring on me. He gave me every discount he could find and I believe the price was reasonable. The installation was a great experience. We had a great experience working with John H. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a good understanding of the different products. John was able to work within our budget. We were able to find flooring that we like and we are happy with our choices. John was very professional throughout the process.
That was one of the most easiest processes, I've had to date, for home ownership. Robert made this all effortless, and stressLESS to streamline the process to order and the setup of installation. My installation is scheduled to be on January 13. Looking forward to some clean, updated, hypoallergenic carpeting for my Son and I. Happy Momma on the horizon!
