I started using 8x8 a few months back for my business and have loved the phone quality and service that I have received from Bill Fischer. I just add a couple more lines and am paying considerably less than would be with traditional carriers. The app is great, although quality is effected by the coverage and cell service. Remember that when getting into an VOIP phone system, the limitations are greatly effected by your internet service provider, bandwidth and network traffic, don't blame the taxi driver for the traffic. In the industry I am in the telephone is the most important tool. Without it we would be like a fish out of water. 8x8 provides us with a reliable system that is more than capable in handling our needs and is making us a more efficient and cost saving company. Besides the telephone system we also use their facsimile service and are using less paper than ever before because of it. And when needed the customer service at 8x8 is second to none. I have been an 8x8 customer for 4 years and have a 2 Partner law firm with 3 employees. 8x8 made it easy to open up our new office. I love our 8 x 8 phone system for the convenience of being able to be out of the office without really being out of touch. We are a small company with 3 people in the office and a few part-time sales people that work from home. Two of us (my wife and I) travel about 1/3 of the year and when my assistant is the only one in the office and she needs to run a few errands, she can just just turn on her mobile 8 x 8 app on her smart phone and she can still answer the office phone if she needs to... In a previous company, we were limited by the technology and had to have people in close proximity. Once we started Epiphany and found 8x8, we can have folks anywhere in the U.S. and its seamless in how we can transfer calls and call each other.
