The flexibility I have with 8x8's Virtual Contact Center is fantastic. Whether I am setting up a new queue for a special customer support team on the fly or changing my Interactive Voice Recording menu options with the touch of a button, there is almost nothing my business needs that 8x8 can't do. Instead of keeping our old system we went with your modern "cloud" VOIP solution and almost overnight we went from a can and string system to a modern sophisticated one. We now have a wonderful modern call center and our desk phones work flawlessly. Our 70+ lines work great. Should we need to forward our calls away from our desk phones we have the softphone, iPhone App and other options so we never miss a call. Great people do deal with too! Hats off to you guys!

We went from a very broken phone system in our contact center to VCC about 2 months ago and it was the BEST choice ever. Our customers are happy and we are happy to be able to provide the level of service they deserve.
