Please enter your contact information
2.
Where is your domain registered? (This is where your domain was originally purchased and is renewed each year.)What this means: Your domain registrar is the company where you bought your domain (such as GoDaddy, Network Solutions, or Namecheap). Important: This is not always the same place where your DNS or nameservers are managed. Your registrar controls ownership and renewal of the domain. Your nameservers/DNS control where your website and email are actually connected. These are often managed by a different provider (such as AWS, Cloudflare, or a previous IT group, marketing agency, etc.) For example, you may have purchased your domain through GoDaddy, but your DNS could be managed in AWS or Cloudflare.
3.
Do you have access to the domain registrar?
4.
Do you know where your DNS is currently managed? DNS (Domain Name System) controls where your website and email are directed. It’s what connects your domain name (like yourwebsite.com) to your website and email services. DNS is often managed by: A previous web developer, a marketing agency or even an IT group; Your website hosting provider; A platform like AWS (Amazon), Cloudflare, or GoDaddy. *
5.
Do you know where your nameservers are currently pointing? (This tells us where your DNS is actually managed.)What are nameservers? Nameservers determine where your domain’s DNS settings are controlled. Even if you purchased your domain through GoDaddy or another registrar, your nameservers may point to a different system that manages your website and email. Why this matters: If your nameservers point to another provider, we will need access to that system to make any updates.
6.
Do you have access to the platform where your nameservers are located, if different from your domain registrar?
7.
Can you provide a full list of your current DNS Settings?
8.
Are you able to obtain the missing information if needed?
9.
Do you have a current IT person or company that you are working with? Most times, IT will have set up your company email system and we will need to work with them to ensure there is no downtime during changes to DNS and email services. Please provide their contact information below
