From first impression on phone and website, everything was efficient and friendly. I had a scheduling conflict and missed my original reservation, they followed up and still held the space! Facility was clean and warm. Lena helped me through the rental process and was a great combo of professional and sociable! Highly recommend A1 storage!

I highly recommend this place. Nea was super helpful and made our check-in process a breeze. She was communicative throughout the process and it could not have been smoother. The space is clean and they have a really secure locking device.

Nice place. It is very spacious and always clean. They start off with good prices on storages but they do go up every so many months. The employee that work here name is Nae she is very sweet and always happy and kind and she is good at helping me get a unit that can fit my budget. She takes her time to patiently explain how the storage works so i can have a good understanding of what I'm paying for. I haven't had any problems with any of the employees here at all. Great place to have a storage!

As of just coming to look at the property and the units and even coming up to the wrong entrance Lina was absolutely amazing! Nice and patient throughout the whole experience unlike some other places they are essentially rushing you through everything. Shoutout to Lina seriously!

Renting a unit was quick and easy. I opted for the web special unit (5x5) to store miscellaneous items from a spare bedroom. It's located on the 2nd floor not too far from the elevator. They have little carts that you can transport your items to the unit. You need a code to get inside the building as well as get into the elevator which is an added security in case I have to go alone.
