This is my third time renting a storage unit here, the experience is great! Susan made everything easy, from explanation to instructions every single detail was clear. She's super accommodating and friendly. The place is clean and secured.

I recently moved back to Los Angeles and, due to lack of storage space in my new place, found myself in need of a storage unit. A1 in El Monte was a great experience. This place plays no games. You pay them and they keep your stuff safe. I had no hassles. There service is great, particularly Susan at the front desk. I wound up in a pickle as the guy I was sharing my space with skipped town. Susan really helped me out of a sticky situation. Super sweet and helpful attendant and a trouble free storage experience lets me give them 5 stars. Thanks guys.
