I called several places trying to find a storage at the last minute. Ariel stepped up to the challenge. She was so sweet and gave me all the information I needed to know! She was honest about location, security and cleanliness which really mattered to me. On the day that I was to arrive, things got so far behind and she assured me she would be there regardless if I showed up during her lunch or not. Go A-1!!! Our first time here renting a unit but not new to storage rentals. We started with a medium size unit but quickly filled that, so Ariel was so amazing she had us transferred to a bigger one with ease. Definitely recommend A-1. Thank you again Ariel!! 👍 and can't forget Trevor who I met 1st vist. Picture is of the 10x25 unit we upgraded to.
Ariel was just a real pleasure to deal with. You actually feel that she cares about you and truly doing all she can do to help you. She explained things thoroughly but yet quickly. We all know moving stuff is stressful and a pain in the rear. I appreciate Ariel for making it easy and pleasant.The place is clean, good office and gate hours, great service. I recommend this place to everyone .

My experience of A-1 Self Storage has been very wonderful. The staff are very accommodating. And I've had an excellent experience with the Site Manager -Billy- Who is very professional, helpful, kind and always accommodated me with all my Storage needs. Under his supervision, this facility runs very smoothly and I am very grateful to him for that. I have used this storage for the past four years and I find Their prices very reasonable for the type of facility and the service they provide. I highly recommend them.
