Our daughter got married at Emerald Grande on October 1,2021!! Best decision we could have ever made was to choose this location!! Top notch venue and staff!!! Emily Buckley and the rest of the team they have there are the most helpful people you could ever ask for! Planning a wedding from out of state is tricky but they always answered any questions I had very quickly and they had great suggestions when I asked what to do on some things!! I have raised my experience to 4 stars. This is a follow-up to the 2-star rating given to the Emerald Grande previously. The Guest Services Manager, Keri Pici did a wonderful job of following up on our "not so perfect" stay. When renovations are completed, (expected by the end of 2021) this will be the ideal vacation spot. There is so much to do and it is both adult and family-oriented. The size of the units and the private beach, pass the rocks, is why I rated it a 4. The kitchen is well stocked and has quality appliances. The units need to be updated. The furniture is old, outdated and the decor could be brighter. The staff is great and responsive.

My wife and I were married at the Emerald Grande on August 5th. We are from Kansas and planning a destination wedding can be challenging. Emily Buckley and all the staff at the Emerald Grande made the process so easy. Our wedding was a dream! I recommend anyone who is looking at doing a destination wedding or if you are from the Destin area get with them. You won’t be disappointed. My husband and I had our wedding here, it was amazing!! Emily Buckley, Crystal Yeabower, and Peyton Carnley were great help. Emily and Peyton are the two I interacted with the most during the wedding event. They were incredible! We just had our daughter’s wedding here last weekend. Emily and her assistant Taylor took care of everything! They made sure everything was taken care of and we didn’t have to worry about anything. They even decorate the tables for the reception! Thank you guys so much for making this special day go so smooth!

Angela and the crew are absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to ensure that my husband and I had a great time. Twyla gave me the best massage ever...I still feel it. 😄 The eucalyptus spa was beyond relaxing and refreshing. You can't go wrong when selecting the Spa at Emerald Grande.

A group of ladies had a Girl's Trip this past weekend. We rented a 4-BRM condo. A perfect view of the water....absolutely gorgeous! The customer service was great. The food was awesome at the Mother's Day Brunch. Customer service was good. Our only complaint is the furniture and some fixtures in the unit. The furniture was old and beat up, drapes in the living room was soiled, and the stove did not cook well; our food cooked unevenly. For the price we paid to stay at the Emerald Grand we definitely expected nicer.
