My 24x48 equipment shed purchase, delivery, mis-cut pieces and construction overall was a great experience. All staff encountered personally, on the phone or by email were fantastic. Visit to JCS in April, staff answered my questions professionally and took my order. In August, Dave delivered kit early morning and was unloaded in no time to continue his long day with another pickup/delivery. We visited Jamaica cottage in the fall to look at the barn we were interested in Purchasing, We loved it, the quality was amazing.. The patience Josh had with us was very much appreciated , we had a lot of questions and he was quick to get back to us with answers, thank you Josh!! For what it’s worth, James, our delivery driver was amazing. We had a very difficult driveway with a really tough angle for the delivery. He was extremely patient and was thoughtful in his approach to not damaging the property or the new cabin. He clearly took pride in his work and had great things to say about Jamaica Cottage shop. I ordered a salt box shed kit last May. It was delivered in July with the wrong roof. They said the correct one was back ordered. It was a drag not to know this in advance because I had a contractor ready to build it. We had to reschedule. When it was all ready to be built two weeks later the DIRECTIONS WERE WRONG. I had ordered an upgrade from vertical clabbers to horizontal pine clabbers, but the framing directions were for the basic shed without the upgrade. Hello my name is Dennis Rich and I received my second shed from you on 1/14/21. After rthe installation of the second shed which was done professionally and uneventful. I looked at both sheds with my brother in law who told me for the first time that when the delivery man lost the shed and it hit a tree and caused damage. Also it didnt have six points of block which is called for the warranty. Please give me a call and let me know what can be done to correct my situation?

I ordered the 14x24 Economy barn with an upgraded evergreen roof and 8x10 wood shed with the evergreen roof. The barn was delivered yesterday. The delivery went very smooth and the 2 man crew had the barn leveled out and set up in no time at all. It rained out heavy last night and upon inspection this morning there was not a hint of moisture anywhere in the barn. I am very happy with the whole process start to finish. I am very impressed with both the quality of my shed and the professionalism of this business. Shed was delivered to a somewhat challenging location, and one of the corner trim boards was damaged when setting the shed. The deliverer informed me that they would replace the broken board next time someone was in my area. I figured it would be a few weeks at a minimum; but much to my surprise they showed up two days later to make the repair. Great service!
