did not call when late. Old equipment
His went out of his way to take care of us asap. His work was thorough and reasonably priced.

AAA was efficient enough and very cooperative. We were not told to move all furniture in front of registers and cold air covers, but they were very willing to help us move the few pieces of furniture needed. We also would have preferred a ?head?s up? to the need of using dishwasher for duct covers, however all was easily corrected. Scott was great to work with, and he was also willing to help us prepare when needed. He was very congenial, and we are very happy with the results.
