To be fair, Abbey carpet used to be a great company until it was sold to the current owner. Under the old ownership and management I received nothing but the best and prompt service, however, that is not the case lately. I was interested in getting a bid for replacing carpet in the living room and a few bedrooms and I was told it would be two months before it could even be measured.
