Few employees wore a mask, food is obviously frozen
Steak was good and that was about it. Service was terrible and the staff was very impersonal and frazzled. There seem to be plenty of people working due to limited capacity. Waited for ever for water and silverware after order was taken. Drinks took as equally as long and we order normal drinks. Save your cash and get an equal meal with better service at another restaurant.
I would not waste my time or money here again. Arrived before our reservation time and then waited 30 mins after our reservation time to be seated because the hostesses were "distracted by the rainbow outside." That is what they told a waiter when he asked about a table. Once seated our waitress provided poor service. Service sucked. 2 of the meals didn’t even get put into the system so 2 people didn’t get food until the rest of us were halfway done with dinner. No discount on food was given. And then the waitress came up and argued about it.
We had an 0830 reservation and didn’t get seated till after 09 and that was with us going to the counter and stating we were going to leave. Once seated two other groups sat down and received their appetizer prior to us, We left at 930, without food.
It’s not that it was bad. But I thought it would be atmospheric. I made reservations a week prior. When we arrived, I asked the hostess If it would be most atmospheric outside or inside. She said they’re the same. So I said ok I guess inside - since it was hot out and I have little kids. But then she sat us at a small table right by the kitchen. So. Not a great experience. Maybe the hostess is just a kid that doesn’t really care. Food was decent and server was super nice. Egg rolls were yummy.
Food and service was ok. Sat us in the noisy, hot bar even though we had reservations. Our waitress seemed to be trying to rush us out. Another table's waitress dumped food down my daughter's back and staff didn't seem to care. Complained to manager and all she said was sorry and offered a gift certificate. Never going back.
Took more than 45 minutes to get served, after waiting more than 15 minutes to order. No staff were wearing face masks. This is McCurtin County where the COVID rate is high.
The temperature was too warm inside the restaurant and we sat for about 15 minutes before a server came to the table. Two of us ordered steaks (filet), they were very mediocre for the price, and the food wasn't very hot. We will not be returning.
