10,000 Worth of carpet ordered. 6 weeks later still no carpet. After being told 4 or 5 dates of when it's coming in. Then wanted us to choose something in stock but no guarantee install by Christmas. Just got my money back.
We had two gentlemen install a new bedroom rug last Saturday, June 25th. We had pet stains on the old one and the new one was installed with precision and care. It looks beautiful! Very nice men, but I never got their names. A very big thank you to you both!
We purchased a house full of flooring and the hardwood flooring started to separate in three places. Gap about quarter of an inch and very visible. Went by the store three different trips and asked to have someone look at the flooring to see if they had any suggestions. Each time we were ignored and after finally promising to send someone out, we never heard anything from them. So nice in the store but if you have any problem with installation you may be on your own. Disappointing
This place is great. Easy to work with, flexible scheduling, with a fast & highly professional installation team from John and Luke. 5/5 stars, would strongly recommend.
The best possible experience from when we walked in the door of ACF to when the carpet and flooring was installed. Mitch, Abel and his crew, the staff at the store all do everything possible to get the job done beautifully and efficiently. Customer service is over the top. Thanks!
