Arranged through my home warranty for Adams to come out on wednesday after my air conditioner went out on Monday. Dispite the 90+ degrees and having 2 elderly people in the house they did NOT show, call, answer their phone or return my calls. Took 3 hrs and the assistance of the home warranty co to even get them on the phone to schedule. Today each is claiming the other canceled the appointment. Now I am forced to go out of network and pay myself or wait until next week. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
I was assigned this company to fix a water leak, through my warranty company. It was an emergency because i couldn't get the water to stop gushing out of my tub without shutting off the water to the entire house. After sending them the ticket via the warranty company and after a phone call made to this company, 24 hours after the initial ticket was sent, with messages left referring to said ticket and the dire need for their services, and after a total of 72 hours and another phone call made by the warranty company, this pla... read more
Adams was sent by our home warranty. He came out and fixed a psi lockout, but couldn't answer any questions about it. The tech told us he couldn't fix what is causing the lock out until it happens again. Within a week we had to have him come back out. He was here for 40 minutes and said the freon was empty (which why wouldn't he have checked that the first time?). He said he refilled it and checked for leaks. He left and the ac still didn't work. Adam, was prompt and arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed what he thought was the problem and switched out out thermostat. Unfortunately this was not the problem. We used 2-10 Warranty and Adam was the second person hired by them to fix my heating problem. After it not being fixed we contacted our local HVAC person, yho came out and fixed our problem in 15 minutes. Nothing against Adam, because he attempted to fix, what he thought was the problem. Had to work with our warranty company to have our heater fixed. The first contractor the warranty company sent out was terrible. We had been 9 days without heat & the contractor never showed up when he said he would & never called to say he wasn’t coming. We demanded a different contractor. Long story short from the time Adam called to him fixing our heater was all in about 4 hours. Fast & great service.
