I'm assuming you are asking me about my experience regarding my last maintenance request which was completely taken care to my satisfaction, quickly and efficiently. Please remember my words of praise when it comes to reviewing my rental renewal agreement when the time comes. LOL. Only kidding.

Very pleased with staff. Friendly. Kevin and Amos are very helpful in getting my apartment fixed since move in. Really appreciate the quick response and timely manner. Thank you!
Kevin is very helpful. My family and I love living here. We've been here for 4 months now. There's definitely things that need to be improved. 1 Mine and other residents main concern is the trash, which there isn't enough cans for recycling! This needs to be fixed ASAP. 2 The complex needs at least 3 guys for maintenance or 2 + 1 person for housekeeping/ cleaning. There's a lot that's not been maintained. - The shed for trash needs to be power washed often and cleaned around it at least once a week. - The grill at the po... read more
