We had such a great experience with Advance Carpet One. We typically buy our carpet from Lowe's or Home Depot but this time Susan Cherkiss at Advance Carpet One went above and beyond to provide a personalized experience and saved us a couple thousand dollars in the process. She was able to get us a better quality carpet and pad than what Home Depot was offering. The installation crew was amazing too. Susan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The whole house project (7 rooms) from start to finish went according to plan. The installers were very professional and hard working. The carpet replacement was a pleasant experience. The whole installation looks GREAT. We will definitely recommend the Advance Carpet One team!!

We just had carpet replacement in the bedrooms and (wood look) Vinyl flooring in our main living areas. We are Very happy with everything. The installers were terrific. They were on time and worked continually to get the job done in a timely fashion. The folks at Advance on Hwy K in O'fallon were great to work with. We did make a change mid stream that was handled as if it wasn't a big deal. Our salesperson, Domenic was terrific. Worked with Susan on the purchase of luxury vinyl plank. She was efficient and worked with us on price. The installers- Sid and Fabio- were professional, knowledgeable and hard working. They completed what was quoted as a 6 day installation in 3 days. Our new floors are beautiful. Would purchase here again.

I walked into Advance Carpet One in Ballwin trying to match up a wood floor that was installed three years ago. Rose worked with me trying to match the floor with my sample. I found her to be very patient, professional and knowledgeable. Tiffany worked locating the product, if it was available, when it could be delivered, and the BEST price. Between the two ladies they were the dynamic duo. When it comes to replacing our carpet I will definitely be back. Trust matters.
