To be honest, i would not recommend Advanced Interiors to anyone for cabinets. We tried placing an order in October 2025. Put a deposit down and was told our order would be placed. Then was told we could not get the door style we put a deposit down for unless we paid more $ for a glaze to be applied to the specific door style over the paint. We could not get this door style without the glaze. This was never communicated to us prior to putting a deposit down. We then waited 3 weeks to see what these glazes even looked like on... read more
I had a condo built with my disability in mind. The builder used Advanced Interiors for their flooring and when I met with them to pick my flooring out I told them it had to withstand my wheelchair as I’d been in one for 20 years and didn’t see me walking again. I was told what they were showing me a perfect for wheelchairs. About 6 months after moving in, the problems started. They are responsive until they need to be responsible for their mistakes. The designers and installers were professional but customer service is awful. Our builder contracted Advanced to install flooring in our home. After about 6 months, our mudroom tile began to crumble at the grout lines. They were originally responsive and after coming out, determined the flooring needed to be pulled and replaced. We could not have been more pleased with our experience working with Advanced Interiors. Cami was very helpful in picking out carpet, vinyl flooring, countertops and paint colors. Highly recommend Advanced Interiors!
Given our recent experience with Advanced Interiors, we are very dissatisfied with both their installation quality and their customer service. We built a home with Bosgraaf Builders and the flooring was subcontracted to Advanced Interiors. About 18 months after moving in we started noticing bulging/buckling in the carpet throughout the entire house (see pics for a couple of examples).
