They are responsive until they need to be responsible for their mistakes. The designers and installers were professional but customer service is awful. Our builder contracted Advanced to install flooring in our home. After about 6 months, our mudroom tile began to crumble at the grout lines. They were originally responsive and after coming out, determined the flooring needed to be pulled and replaced. I just recently completed a kitchen renovation and couldn’t be happier! It turned out beautiful. New cabinets, quartz countertops, tile backsplash & all new LVP flooring throughout most of the house. I love the style of my cabinets & the choice of pulls & the soft closers.They were great at communication with each step of the process. I plan on using Advanced Interiors again. I did not choose this company, my builder did, and if you have a choice, I strongly recommend you do not use this company for any of your flooring or other needs. All of the negative reviews about customer service are accurate, and had it been up to me, I would have done my research and never chosen this company to do my flooring. When I moved in, I noticed some issues with the flooring right away, so the builder put me in touch with the flooring company to work directly with them for repairs. I am so pleased with my master bath remodel. Theresa and Janelle were so helpful knowing I was keeping my oak trim and the goal was to make my bath “relevant”. From paint colors, countertop, and tile choices, lightening/mirror and hardware, they were very patient with me. I think it turned out great!!!
We shopped around a bit for back splash tile. They had the best selection. Friendly staff from the showroom to the warehouse. After ordering the tile from them i looked it up online and found out Advanced was way cheaper than the box stores for the same tile they would of had to special order in.
