RecommendedWonderful customer service. How refreshing. Megan in the office, always pleasant. Todd, who set things up, was very helpful, answering my questions. Craig, Isaac, and Brandon did the set up. They introduced themselves, very friendly and respectful. Also very professional and good at what they do. What a pleasant change in how customers are treated. Rates were competitive. Would highly recommend.

Very positive experience with these guys. In our initial meeting, the service tech Eric thoroughly inspected the propane appliances in our home. I got the feeling they were there to service our needs with the best product, not just secure a propane contract. Eric was fantastic, and we look forward to dealing with this company for a long time.

I highly recommend Advanced Propane to anyone I know! Especially Mr. Kale Burchett. He went above and beyond to get me a propane tank lid for one of my customers before the bad weather comes this week and made it happen. We are extremely thankful for his diligence to make it happen!
