Leaving 1 star due to documented habitability issues, improper charges, and unresolved disputes. Where to start, the illegal practices, false charges, lack of answers from management in the office, the broken gym equipment, the list goes on and on. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. There are a MANY problems with this apartment complex. The managerial staff were never helpful, and always seemed to bee rather reluctant to help, which gave the feeling that they seem to not care about the residents. I had multiple conversations with them in order to assist with things, and any conversation was overly difficult, confrontational, and they did not provide solutions. I moved out of this complex just over a month ago and it has been a positive life changing decision. In my new complex I have things I never had at this complex, working AC, no cockroach problem, no water damage and all my appliances and outlets actually work and for just $60 more a month. These guys only gave me the option for a Jetty deposit so now I don't get my deposit back but I had to pay them a half month of rent and over $360 in move out costs and fees. Building is not up to code alot of health code violations/safety violations, not worth the 1800 I ended paying monthly (especially after signing a lease for 1400). Any packages that you receive and arrive at the office they will hold it there till they feel like emailing you to come pick it up. There's a hoard of cockroaches and silverfish in the building. This place is terrible. It is -8 degrees and the management never fixed the heating. Even after reporting the problem several times, nothing was done. With temperatures this low, the apartment becomes unlivable and they put people’s health at risk. Very poor management and zero responsibility. I do not recommend living here.
