We had major water coming into our basement laundry room window during heavy rain storms. We called Affordable Basement Waterproofing to come out and tell us what needed to be done and what it would cost and how they stood by their product by offering a lifetime guarantee. They put in a sump pump, galvanized window well. They completed the job in two days,. We were very pleased with the work that was done. We put their lifetime guarantee to the test. After our last rain there was a small amount water (basically a drip) nothing consequential coming from the mortar seal used around the pvc pipe on the inside of our concrete block wall, we called Affordable Basement Waterproofing they scheduled a time within two days that someone would come out and address the problem. The two guys Billy and James (from Affordable Basement Waterproofing) came out and re-sealed the area around the pvc pipe, checked the other pipe that was coming from the sum pump and re-sealed that pipe as well. They cleaned up, were courteous and professional. My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with this companies work from start to finish. We would not hesitate to use them again if necessary and would recommend them to anyone considering a company to address their basement water issues. Their pricing for the entire job was surprisingly affordable, my wife and I were expecting the price tag to be a lot higher than what they quoted us and we are seniors on a fixed income. One major factor to us(my wife and I) is customer service and we received good customer service from Affordable Basement Waterproofing.

I had an amazing experience working with Affordable Basement Waterproofing and would certainly recommend. The salesman Ken was very thorough and the install crew led by Mike and Greg could not have been more professional...and tidy. A couple of major snags occurred during the project to no fault of theirs (my basement floor had twice the amount of concrete as normal) which involved the crew working 2 extra days to finish at no extra charge. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Great price too as I got quotes from a handful of contractors. You won't be disappointed with Affordable Basement Waterproofing out of Pasadena, Md.

Absolutely the most amazing experience from start to finish. And dealing with a couple different basement waterproofing companies in the past this is absolutely one of the best and most affordable that I have come across in a long time. We have been working with Affordable for a couple of years now. To put it lightly, we have the basement from hell. When they arrived, we had some water in the basement and they quoted us based on their normal pricing. Once the concrete came up, we couldn't believe what we were dealing with. It is a constant flow of water that required two sump pits and an insane amount of work to install our drainage system. Every time they tried to dig a pit it would backfill with sand and water- they had to dig this up painstakingly- foot by foot. We thought for sure we were in for additional costs, but they stuck by the original estimate. Since then, any time we have had an issue or a question, they are quick to answer. Poor Kelly and Bobby probably recognize our number on the caller ID but whenever we make a call or send an email, we always get a response- usually with a visit on the same day. We highly recommend this company for their honesty, customer service, and quality work.
