Five star everything! Product selection, pricing, office personnel , installers and especially communication. They sent me samples so I could fine tune my color selection. Affordable is great on follow up and delivered and installed the theater carpeting perfectly! I would strongly encourage anyone that wants an exceptional customer experience to call them.
We used Affordable Flooring & More earlier this year and they were fantastic. From customer service to install, we were very happy with the entire process. We recarpeted our upstairs. They let us bring samples back and forth and did not rush us as we made a selection. We narrowed it down to a few options. Awesome service, price and great quality! We had our second floor and stairs installed with LVP. So impress with the job that we hired them back for our downstairs floor! The workers were friendly and professional.
I contacted this company because I had massive time constraints for our new baby room. My contractor kept falling through, so I spent 2 days calling around trying to get an estimate as soon as possible. I called this place, and they sent Mike out the same day. He was able to come by in an hour and provided an estimate at the same time. I ended up going to their location the same day to pick out flooring and schedule them to come out. by the time limits, They came out when asked and had the floor done in 2 1/2 days.
