Horrible Company, Horrible Experience DO NOT USE AIRE ONE. I went with Aire One because I had a furnace and air conditioning unit installed by them 12 years ago. Big mistake! They booked me in for an appointment between 7:00am-1:00pm, and never showed. When I called to follow up, they said the technician was delayed and would arrive by 3:00. At 2:55 a technician arrived. Botched Installation of Furnace & Heat Pump I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my poor experience with Aire One in the hopes that others don't have to go through anything similar. In late July, we used Aire One to purchase and install a new furnace and heat pump. Servicing AC Had a service call on my AC unit. Fan motor was blown. Told the call centre this but was told a diagnosis was required. Tech arrived and he took one look at the unit and says it is very old. I told him I knew the problem and that the unit was 15 years old and all I wanted was the fan motor replaced. He stuck his screwdriver in the housing and could not move the fan. He then tells me that that is did not work. I asked for an estimate to replace. Sold an A/C We Didn't Need It is unfortunate that I have to write this review and I do not do it lightly. While it seems like most of the technicians and staff at Aire One are truly honest people, the company's unwillingness to acknowledge their mistakes has cost us a single-income family in the middle of a stressful move an unnecessary $4,000. Broken Equipment Switched from Reliance because Aire One had better financing options. We bought a new A/C, Furnace, and hot water (rental). The first time we turned on the A/C, water flooded out basement. They came to fix it. The furnace lasted a year and then broke. They charged us almost $200 to come fix it. I expected better service and better equipment.

Terrible experience In spring of 2021 we went to Aire One to install an air conditioner because they had the make we were looking for. In June we enrolled into their furnace maintenance plan and in November they came for the first maintenance. From entering our house the technician started with selling services/ products attitude. He asked if we can switch the renting of the water heater to them; The next question was how old was our furnace. Collector box for furnace This item can be purchased online for between $98 -$139 with free shipping. Aire One charged me $520. I am very disappointed in this companies moral and ethics, and I will not be using Aire One's services again.

Vent reinstallation Aire One installed my furnace 11 years ago and after 10 years of regular yearly maintenance discovered on this year’s maintenance check that the venting was mismatched and deemed it dangerous. Therefore, this had to be corrected. I am not expecting to be billed for this as this was all Aire One’s negligence. They have endangered us for the past 11 years!
