AC + Furnace The sales rep missed the fact, I needed a gas line installed and it cost me $1700 more. He knew it was his mistake but refused to eat the extra cost. The technicians Andy & Alex were excellent and knowledgeable. They did a very good job.

Customer Service ! Where are you? I am a senior in my 80's; I purchased a furnace and A/C from Aire One. Aire One offered attractive financing, so I opted for a 10-year plan. After 6 years, the financial institution, quit deducting my monthly payments. After 3 emails, and 3 weeks later, they responded in a 1-sentence reply: "Your account has been terminated." Furnace maintenace program I recently cancelled my furnace maintenance program since I sold my house and there it was not required. I was also due for a regular furnace check up so I agreed to have a technician go to my home to do the routine check up. My furnace is 12 years old so I thought it was a good idea even though the new owners were scheduled to move in a couple weeks later. Taking advantage of elderly My parents are in their 70-80's and live by themselves in a newer Laurelwood neighbourhood in Waterloo. Humidifier water leaks - Fixed and Confirmed Operating properly. Water was accumulating in our furnace room; discovered the water line connection was leaking &, subsequently, the Tech found the discharge line from the humidifier was crimped, causing any surplus water was backing up and overflowing. Phil, our Tech, also adjusted the water flow into the humidifier to the right level to minimize any excess.
