Air Conditioner Got New air conditioner with a 10 year warranty and didn't work after 2 months, caller for service, worked for few days and stopped working again. I requested to get a brand new again. They told me they installed a new one. After five years it's not working any more. 10 Year warranty is not covered because a didn't do the yearly service with them. Air Conditioner Not Working I called Air One when our air conditioning wasn't cooling properly. The technician (Cyrus) evaluated very quickly and said the motor was seized and could be repaired $733.59 for parts and $169.00 for labour. He then recommended to my wife (I wasn't home) that we should replace the entire unit because our unit was 14 years old and a new motor was too much to spend on an old unit. Furnace and AC and extended warranty I have been satisfied with our AC and furnace running smoothly, until I found out that they were dishonest about the transfer of our purchased 10 year warranty. We told the salesman and receptionist that we were planning on moving within a few years, and were told that as long as we continue to pay do the yearly maintenance with Aireone it is transferable-which I just found out is untrue and it does not say that anywhere on the contract. Service Call for furnace not coming on My mom Called Aire One for a service call as her furnace was not working and they were to one who installed it 10 years ago. Service guys showed up and within 10 min had diagnosed the problem to the mainboard. Suggested it wasn’t worth replacing as it would cost over $1000 to replace. AIR ONE HVAC We use this company for water heater rental and my wife also use them for repairs in her rental apartments. That is the reason we called them for emergency service for our furnace in our home. I had to go to work in 3o minutes as our furnace struggled to restart over and over. Furnace I had purchased a furnace and AC from them a year ago. In retrospect a year later, I would not claim to be satisfied with the company. There are too many issues with them for me to recommend them.

Air condition MY experience with Air one wasn't total great. The salesmen did not honour our verbal agreement on dropping price by $50.00 I know not much, and yes these days you can't hold any body word it has to be in writing.
