Furnace service A few mornings ago we woke up to a very cold house so I went to the basement to see what was wrong with the furnace. Of course, not being a technician, I couldn't know what was wrong other than that it was only blowing cold air. The Aire one sticker was on the furnace so I called them. service I got my annual furnace/ac tune up. Keith, the tech, arrived at promised time, checked the units and their operation and said all was well. He noticed it was a while since ducts were cleaned and informed me Aire One is now doing this. I declined and Keith did not push the issue; just explained the work he had done, asked me to sign, and left. Techs like Keith are why I took a service contract with Aire One.

furnace and central air i was with reliance and it took me 1 year to get rid of them nothing was installed properly,the furnace was hooked up backwards the unit was to small to start out with.Reliance called the husband and me crazy it took the lawyer at least 15 phone calls before he got any answers. Then we had to get a heat lose inspector at my cost the inspector said we were loosing 57,983 btu/h and reliance said a 40,000 btu/h was good enough .when we finally got rid of them we contacted Aire ONE they were very efficant... read more

Air Conditioner Sale/Installation The sales rep took the time to explain how the AC system works and why he was recommending a smaller size than other quotes we'd received. He was also the only one who checked the size of our furnace instead of just the square footage of our house.
