The food was 40+ minutes late, it was cold, there was grease all over one of the bags, and the two kids quesadilla orders actually came as grilled cheese, with soggy fries. VERY disappointing experience...
I can't give a better rating because it was wrong! I cant enjoy food that wasmissing items i specifically asked for. This isthe second time i ordered from alamo cafe and both times it had missing items or was prepaired wrong.
Food was COLD!
Order never delivered!!!! Refund takes 3-5- days unfair for your screw up will never order from you again no will my friends!!!
Our order was right for the most part, but we ordered 2 tortilla soups and instead just got some type of soup with only chicken in it, pretty disappointing.
They managed to forget all of our drinks and the fries for the hamburger meal.
When calling the restaurant about wrong order, surly, rude personnel.
Very disappointed. I ordered panchos without onions on one order and onions were on my daughter’s panchos. I also asked for a side of jalapeños, did not get those. The guacamole had turned brown on the top and the bag of chips for a regular size queso was less than half full which I found really weird. To top this all off, our order was 20 minutes late, food was cold and soggy.
I never got my order. The app showed it was delivered and I never got it. Horrible
