Didn't deliver what was ordered, big let down for the familyl
So, this is not the first time that this has happened where an item or items were missing. This is very frustrating as we are a busy office and look forward to having lunch delivered as it is easier for all of us. For SOME REASON it is ALWAYS from ALAMO CAFE that we have these types of issues with. It is like they do not even read the ticket. Restaurant's food was average however, Grubhub's overall business function, transportation and delivery of food, was extremely poor.
Food was bland, order was incorrect and no beans received
Do not order from this place the food is horrible my husband ordered green beans as a side and literally got 5 green beans, fajitas were the worst I have ever had in my life I will never order from this place again.
Order was wrong. They forgot requested items. Chicken fajita dry. Beef fajita tough. Will not eat there again

Wow - the food was mediocre at best. What happened to the good food that Alamo Café used to put out? My husband's burrito was tiny, and had literally nothing in it but some chicken. The rice was dried out/hard. My puffy taco was good, but my enchiladas were tough as nails. Haven't eaten there in many years. Won't be ordering again any time soon. Hopefully the food is better when you eat there vs. delivery.
Containers arrived smashed and the order was wrong.
