Excellent customer service and product knowledge. Joshua measured and we had the right amount of product. The Bliss Lotus Ethos product is fantastic to work with! Easy install and was completed quickly! Would totally recommend Joshua at Alberta Hardwood Flooring and the Bliss Lotus Ethos! product!
We recently pulled the pin on a kitchen renovation project and updated all our main floor, with new engineered hardwood, using Lunar Eclipse (support Canada). Our experience using Alberta Hardwood was excellent, Tanya De Maeyer looked after us through the sales process and Vlad did a very professional install. We couldn't be more pleased with the final product. Like they say, you get what you pay for and I would highly recommend Alberta Hardwood.
Flooring product the we chose looks great! Very happy with the advice we received. Showroom has large ‘sample floors’ that give you a better idea of what the actually products look like. Estimate was clear, detailed and concise. Setting up an installation date was flexible around my availability and the installation process was smooth and faster than I expected. Very happy with the result.
A big Thank you to Alberta Hardwood especially our sales person Dean and our Installer Russ. We just had our entire main level done in vinyl planking and it looks fantastic. Dean made 2 trips to our home to measure and came back with the installer to go over the job. Our installer Russ was amazing with great efforts spent on detail with perfect end results. We could not be happier with our new flooring and will for sure use Alberta Hardwood in the future.
Really happy with how everything turned out. Josh was great to deal with and helped us a lot through the whole process. He answered all our questions and made it easy to choose what we wanted. Would definitely recommend this company. Look for Josh when you go.
