I recently purchased a home, and my Loan Officer Alberto Moreno from Big Valley Mortgage in Madera was AWESOME! Alberto has many years of industry experience, he is very knowledgeable, he communicates well and not to mention a very hard worker. Alberto was a great person to work with! He kept me informed throughout the process of my home loan. He went out of his way to help me get approved for my loan. Would I recommend Berto, ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A DOUBT! If you are looking for a genuine, trustworthy, friendly, easy going loan officer it would be Alberto Moreno. He thrives to provide excellent service to his clients and never hesitates to make himself available. During the process he was always a text/ phone call away. When certain documents needed an in depth explanation, he was patient in explaining and seeing we understood the process.
