We chose Alexanian’s to replace the carpet in our basement and sunroom. Melissa and Tyson were extremely helpful in assisting us with choosing a style and colour. We were in a hurry to get it done before the holidays and Tyson was able to get it ordered and an installation date lined up before Christmas! We can not say enough about the customer service we received and the installers highly skilled and professional. We will be using them again for any future flooring needs.
We had our basement stairs carpeted and carpet tiles over the entire floor of our basement. The sales staff were very helpful and walked us through the entire process to choose a style and colour that we are extremely happy with.
