Kody and Christian were very responsive and had great customer service skills. I was informed all along the process of my car and if there was a delay at all it was due to insurance company not responding or having an answer for us. Kody made sure to have all parts in before work had started on my vehicle. I was surprised by the workmanship in body shop, the paint job and front desks work. Awesome turnaround time and the best price from the quotes I got, Aliotos didn't upsell me on replacing parts that didn't need to be. Kody was great on keeping me up to date when they had to order an extra part after inspecting the damage behind the bumper. The Tesla model X I brought in came back looking perfect within a week of putting the deposit down to order the bumper. Make sure to bring a debit card to avoid the credit card fee though!
I really enjoyed my experience at Alioto’s garage. From beginning to end, I would give them a 10/10. The customer service from both Kody and Christian were amazing and made me feel very taken care of. Also the quality of service of how my car looked was even better than before. I loved how thorough the car wash and vacuum of the inside was which was such a treat!
Everything was smooth, from beginning to end! Consultation, appointment, questions, service, communication. Incredibly nice to deal with. And they detailed my car - such a nice surprise! I absolutely recommend them and will use them for anything I need.
You would not expect such a pleasant experience from a body shop, but you should. I checked a few places and then decided on this one based on reviews and they were accurate. Team is very professional, spent time with me to explain the options, once I dropped the car I got adequate updates via text and car was ready on the day they said and in excellent condition. If you need a body shop, this is the place to go.
