Ruheoase in Hells Kitchen Gegend sehr laut, sehr hektisch, es gibt sicher schönere Orte in NY....aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts! Sehr gute Lage für Stadtbesichtigung, viele Destinationen zu Fuß erreichbar, U-Bahn Station gegenüber. Zimmer für NY Verhältnisse gut, moderne Einrichtung, zweckmäßig! Im 38. Stockwerk tolle Aussicht! Zum Schlafen ruhig genug außer am Wochenende....Nähe Times Square sehr laut. Essen im Restaurant sehr gut! Somit: eine Ruheoase inmitten des Grossstadtdschungels!

Estadia fantástica! Como cliente do hotel não ter acesso gratuito ao rooftop. Quarto muito confortável com limpeza diária. Welcome drink e crédito de $25 para gastar no bar ou restaurante do hotel. Localização muito central perto de Times Square e outros marcos icónicos da cidade, perto de vários meios de transporte (metro, autocarro, comboio) ao lado do Port Authority Bus Terminal.
Comfortable and friendly staff Nothing Very friendly and was nice to accommodate our bags before our room was ready. The upstairs bar was a great way to start our evening in the city.

I would stay there again for sure but I’ll be bringing my own cooler of ice 🤣 Everything was great however the only ice machine for the whole building was on the lower level and there was only 3 small elevators that were full every time we went to get on one and seemed like one of the elevators were reserved for the people going to the rooftop bar. It took me one night 45 minutes to get ice from my room on the 20th floor. Their valet parking was way too expensive now that I priced around to nearby places. I get it, it’s NYC... read more
