Muy muy recomendable Solo que por la tarde había mucha cola para los ascensores, ya que venía gente de fuera al bar de la azotea y a veces teníamos que esperar 10 o 15 minutos para poder subir a la habitación La habitación grande y cómoda, con buenas vistas, aunque no las mejores. 7 mins from Time Square, hotel ok, no problems with lifts and staff we re friendly The phone in our room didn’t work and we had 2 rooms as a family, I did report it and they said they would fix it, they didn’t. The TV didn’t work. Really noisy with cars beeping all night and sirens. I asked for our rooms to be close to each other we were in 9th floor Husband on 36th floor, hardly close! Husbands room wasn’t made up on one day and they didn’t have waters on numerous occasions. It’s a shame we had to walk past so many homeless... read more
