Great location, the rest lacked a bit I confirm as others that there are not enough elevators. It can take a very long time and queuing to get a ride. Room cleaning did not come one of the 3 nights we had. We did not get any refill for toiletries, water, or coffee. Beds were way to used up and soft to be comfortable. Location amazing close to Times Square. Nice hotel well maintained overall. Nice gesture with the welcome drink and 25$ voucher for bar and restaurant.

The Aliz hotel was the perfect place to stay for the weekend
Very Good Je moet vaak lang wachten op de lift. Ze hebben maar 3 liften en dat is veel te weinig voor zo'n groot hotel.af en toe sta je 15 minuten op de lift te wachten. De ligging is geweldig. Op 7 minuten lopen van Times Square. Een metrostation is heel dicht bij. En vlak bij winkels en restaurants.
